Why is my card not detected?+

Make sure your Android device supports NFC, NFC is enabled, and the card is placed near the NFC reader area of your phone.

Why is transaction history not displayed?+

Transaction history depends on the card type. Some cards may only allow balance reading.

Does Saldo Tap require login?+

No. Saldo Tap does not require users to create an account or log in.

Does Saldo Tap support all e-money cards?+

Saldo Tap supports several Indonesian NFC-based e-money cards and may work with other compatible NFC cards, depending on card technology and issuer restrictions.

Does Saldo Tap store my card data?+

Saldo Tap is designed to process card information on the user's device. Any local storage, if applicable, is used only for app functionality and not for advertising or tracking.
